kid friendly miami hotel at the beach

we are taking our kids to the miami dolphins /balt ravens game oct 19th and are lookin for a kid friendly miami hotel on the beach for a few days....

we want to go high end...maybe ritz/4 seasons...would south beach be fun for kids? or is there better spot?

any suggestions?
