Hi im thinking of booking up for a meal here one eveing as we have some vouchers but i have heard some terrible reviews so was woundering if anyone had been and would you recommend it?

I%26#39;ve been twice, first time we tried it and it was really awful, overpriced, poor quality food.

We thought we may have had a bad experience first time round, and decided to try it again. Big mistake!.

On our second visit, the waitress lost our order and when the food eventually arrived it was cold.

I wouldn%26#39;t recommend it, there are much nicer places at Downtown Disney to try!.

Planet Hollywood was the biggest disappointment of our holiday Im afraid!

We read negative reviews before we went, but hubby loves anything to do with films, so he really wanted us to go - more to see the place than to enjoy the food.

The place was in chaos, even with a reservation it took them about 20 minutes to get us to our table, you are pretty squished in too. Its very noisy in there, I couldnt hear what my server was saying and we couldnt have any normal kind of conversation.

The food was ok, but I agree that there are far better places to eat. Even some of the counter service in the parks surpassed this meal. We felt we were pushed to eat and get out as fast as possible.

Husband felt he couldnt look at the memorabilia because it would mean leaning across people eating at their tables.

It really could have been sooo much better. We wouldnt go back.

Overated and overpriced...been to the Downtown Disney one twice and it is a best an average meal.

The food is good. Much better than Rain Forest Cafe. I think it is woth it. So must a lot of other people because the place is always packed.

Don%26#39;t let those reviews discourage you!! We have been many times and it has always been great. Started the trip out last year there for dinner and it was one of our best meals for all 6 of us.

We are going to eat there as well in July. It%26#39;s just the kind of place my 16 yr old son will like (He likes to go the Hard Rocks%26#39;).

I am going in with the opinion our food may not be great. Therefore, don%26#39;t order anything risky. Stick to burgers %26amp; easy stuff. Hard to mess that up versus ';meals'; that might require proper cooking, etc. Should be safe with fajitas too. Not much to cutting up lettuce, etc %26amp; grilling up some peppers %26amp; onions %26amp; chicken.

I%26#39;ve had lasagne and a burger the last two times we%26#39;ve been...both were nice (preferred the burger though i must say!) get alot for your money and i agree that its always packed so they must be doing something right...i enjoy the food, the atmosphere, the staff - everything....its now a must on each trip to orlando for us as is hard rock...

We went with our vouchers and just had appetizers and drinks. Decent drinks, standard fern bar food. With our $15 voucher it was certainly worth what we spent.

All depends. If you are lo0king for a nice quiet meal with really good food,you will be disappointed. If a good burger and salad will get the job done this place is fine..
