Planning family holiday for Dec 2009 need some help

Hi all.... My husband and I are taking our son, his girlfriend, my daughter her husband and our 3 grand children (who will be 7,5 %26amp; 2) to Orlando first 2 weeks in Dec 2009, I know along way off but need to start preparing and saving! We are looking to book a 5 bed villa, and the flights/cars separately but, most flights are not out yet for that time, but plenty of villas around too many.... feeling dazed at checking them all out, so in need of some advise:

Villas - what area, want to be near to Disney. have checked out numerous websites so many to choose from!

Flights -

Car hire

So anyone who can help me out here with my planning, I would much appreciate it.

I stay in a 5 bed home that may suit your family .It has all my family needs- and some we don%26#39;t - lol - pool hot tub,free international phone calls,games room ,games machine baby equipment.It is approx 8 miles to the Disney parks and on average takes us 13-15 mins depending on the time of year we are there.It is owned by an English couple who are good to deal with and will work with their guests to provide what ever they need -if they haven%26#39;t already.The owners also gave me advise on flights car hire and tickets -some I took some I didn%26#39;t.The home is extremely well equipped if you want to cook at home and has all the normal things like washer /dryer etc so we don%26#39;t bother taking too much in the way of clothes-more room in the case coming back. I don%26#39;t know whether the owner is already booked for the dates you are looking at -I know easter is gone -just booked flights last week :).If you would like her details then send me a message on here -I don%26#39;t like putting her e mail on open forums .
