in Miami 6/27-6/30 are there any special events going on?

We are coming to Miami for the 1st time. Are there any special events or happenings for that weekend?

Also, can anyone recommend a reliable transportation company/shuttle for hotel/airport transfers. Also we are looking for some good restaurants that are fun and have great food.

CARS -

If you are looking for reliable and affordable transport from the airport, your best bet is a taxi. Just outside baggage claim a radio dispatch guy will get you a cab.
