Rent in Flamingo Building - Opinions

I%26#39;m about to rent an apartment in the Flamingo building. The person I am dealing with is a woman named Eva, and the web page is www.flamingofunmiami.com.

I%26#39;ve read one reference of her in T.A. and it seems to be perfect. Also the pictures in the web, location, etc

Does someone else know her or had rent this apartment??

The location is one mile from the beach, a nice walk but too far for some families. The resort facilities are very nice.
