Another Broken Egg- The Potatoes Sensation was, well, sensational. And what a menu! Don%26#39;t miss this place.

Fokkers Sports Pub Pizza- We stayed at Waterscape and they delivered right to our door. I think it was the crust that had a garlic taste to it but it was some of the best pizza I have ever eaten.

Dewey Destin%26#39;s- Great atmosphere, decent food. I got the Shrimp and it was good. The Hushpuppies were outstanding. I can%26#39;t rave about it but it was a fun place to eat.

Old Bay Steamer- Very expensive. About $20 per meal. Shrimp was good, New York Strip was very good and the ribs were very, very good.

Fudpuckers- Had decided before we went not to go there but it is right behind Waterscape where we stayed so we strolled over there one night. It took 53 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. Once the food came it was pretty good. I got a fish sandwich that was flaky and delicious. They gave us half off the price.

Can%26#39;t wait to try some of your recommendations!! We will be staying on Okaloosa Island May 18-23 and will be celebrating our 2nd anniversary while there. Would you say Old Bay Steamer would be a good place for an anniversary dinner? BTW - The HCT and LCT on teh other thread was too funny!

I don%26#39;t think of Old Bay Steamer as particularlly ';romantic';. I can%26#39;t say we ate at that type of restaurant. Maybe Grazio%26#39;s (I think that%26#39;s the name, I%26#39;ll look it up later) in Destin would be nice. It%26#39;s been a few years since we ate there but it was nice. Never been to McGuire%26#39;s but everybody says it%26#39;s a fun atmosphere. Maybe others have suggestions.

Sandwiches and a plastic bottle of coke on the beach at sunset might be the most special. As long as you are with that special one, it doesn%26#39;t matter.

After a little research, Cafe Tango in Santa Rosa Beach might be an idea. Maybe others have an idea.

You know, I never thought of something simple like dinner on the beach. Great idea!!!! Sometimes, I guess, the simplest of things are also the most memorable.

If you%26#39;ve never eaten there you need to check out McQuires Irish Pub in Destin. Just across the bridge in Destin on the left as you enter town. Great food, service and atmosphere. They have some tasty home brews too.

For Italian try Pranzo%26#39;s in FWB. We discovered it last year and were very impressed with the food! We%26#39;ll definitely dine there again.

For a more romantic dinner/celebration I would recommend the Marina Cafe.
