The free dining plan periods ends on Sept. 20th. It always ends on a Saturday.

wdwinfo.com on there pod cast for free dining they state if your packsge is booked befor the cut of date they will on the free dining after that date worth looking into.

You may have a better chance getting better dining times after because most popular and good times are already taken.
