Recent visitors to Animal Kingdom Lodge?

I saw a January post on this topic. Has anyone been there more recently? My question is the same...construction impact on your experience?

Also...which savannah views might be better?

The report I got from friends was that they couldn%26#39;t hear anything and it did not impact the enjoyment of thier Holiday

I was there 2 weeks ago. As you walk into the lobby the hotel has a wing that goes left and one that goes right. The new villas are being built to the left. We stayed on the right and heard nothing and we walked down the left building and didnt hear anything or did we hear anyone complaining about it. We were at parks all day and I assume when we got back the work was done for the day.
