Visa needed when travelling from Ireland???

I don%26#39;t know why this has only just occured to me now, but does anyone know if I need a visa to get into the us from ireland? I for some reason presumed that I didn%26#39;t but now I%26#39;m not so sure!

Ireland is part of the Visa Waiver Program so whilst you don%26#39;t need a visa, you will need to complete a couple of forms just before you land.

Unless, of course, you have been arrested or have a criminal record (a subject nuch debated on this forum!) in which case you will need to visit the US Embassy in person and beg for a visa.

Well thankfully I don%26#39;t have a criminal record so I should be fine!! Have never flown into the us, only to canada so I wasn%26#39;t sure!
