can't wait to visit, but a little nervous too

We are renting 120 White Ave June 7-18. We rented a home in Orlando a few years ago, and it was a nightmare. Filthy and disgusting! Does anyone have any info on the 120 White Ave property? I%26#39;m a little nervous about another bad experience.

I%26#39;m also wondering about the weather. I have researched and it appears as though we can expect low 90%26#39;s and high humidity. What about rain?

There will be 10 of us: 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 6-12). Any specific things we should absolutely not miss? We are thinking about doing a pirate cruise thing. Any feedback on that?

you´re right, the weather will be very hot and very humid!

there is a chance of thunderstorms and rain every day!

BUT it normally lasts for only 1 hour or even less.

Don´t worry about that. rest of the day will be sunny and nice.

specially the mornings will be awesome weather!

although it is very unusual, the hurricane season beginns june 1st and so you should be updatet every day. watch the weather channel and you´ll know what to expect!

White Avenue is in a very nice Anna Maria neighborhood. It%26#39;s right near the beach and a very valuable location, so I would expect a place that would be very well kept, so I would not think you%26#39;ll have any problems.

I have been extensively researching anna maria and 120 white ave. i%26#39;m sure you will heave a great vacation. the area and this property look beautiful. i would love to know how you like this house thanks

Not aware of a Pirate Cruise but the kids would love a trip with Capt Kim ( various different trips, see the web site for info )
