Very subjective question and you%26#39;ll get lots of answers, but here%26#39;s my favorites lists:
M.K.: the 3 mountains, Mickey%26#39;s Philharmagic, Pirates of the Carribean, Country Bear Jamboree, and Haunted Mansion.
A.K.: the safari, Expedition Everest, Festival of the Lion King show, the walking tour areas, and It%26#39;s A Bug%26#39;s Life show.
Universal: Mummy ride, Men in Black Ride, Shrek 4-D movie, and possibly the Terminator (don%26#39;t care for many of the Studios rides).
Islands of Adventure: Spiderman, Duelin Dragons, and Jurassic Park (I don%26#39;t like the Hulk coaster).
SeaWorld: has only three adult rides, but definitely Kraken and Journey to Atlantis.
Epcot: Soarin, Mission: Space, Test Track, O Canada film, Impressions de France, Reflections of China, and the American Adventure.
Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach: everything!!

Are you not going to Hollywood Studios or did you just forget to list it?
we just came back from Orlando and not really replying to your question but really want to recommed a restaurant called Sweet Tomatoes (cheap and eat all you want) great for kids as I have an 8 and 4 yr old.
didn%26#39;t go to Universal as rides are too big for the 4 year old but all other parks have great rides for all ages, do not miss all the major ones and try and get fast pass for the popular ones (e.g Soarin in Epcot, Space Mountain in MK)
went to wet n wild as well, my kids favourite park.
as far as rides, i always do:
MK: Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion, It%26#39;s a Small World, Snow White, Winnie the Pooh, Tomorrowland Transit Authority, and Space Mountain. non-ride attractions i also recommend are Mickey%26#39;s Philharmagic, Carousel of Progress, and Wishes Fireworks.
AK: Kilimanjaro Safaris, Kali River Rapids, Expedition Everest, Primeval Whirl, and DINOSAUR.
i also recommend It%26#39;s Tough to Be a Bug, Festival of the Lion King, Pangani Forest Trail, Rafiki%26#39;s Planet Watch, Flights of Wonder, and Maharajah Jungle Trek.
Universal Studios: Revenge of the Mummy, Disaster, Jaws, MIB, ET, and Simpsons (you may get lucky and catch them on a soft opening day)
i also recommend Shrek 4D, Twister, Curious George, Horror Make-Up Show, and Terminator 2:3D.
Islands of Adventure: Incredible Hulk Coaster (IMO one of the greatest steel coasters ever built), Spider-man, Bilge-Rat Barges, Ripsaw Falls, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Dueling Dragons, High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride, Cat in the Hat.
i also recommend Camp Jurassic and Poseidon%26#39;s Fury.
Seaworld: only three rides. Kraken and Journey to Atlantis are great, however i would skip Wild Arctic unless it has a very short line.
other than rides, must sees are: Stingray Lagoon, Dolphin Cove, Blue Horizons, Penguin Enounter, Pets Ahoy, Pacific Point Preserve, Clyde and Seamore take Pirate Island, Shark Encounter, Clydesdale Hamlet, Believe, and Wild Arctic (the exhibit after the ride. to see the exhibit and skip the ride, simply enter through the gift shop at the back)
Epcot: Spaceship Earth, Mission:SPACE, Test Track, Maelstrom, and Soarin%26#39;.
other things to see are: Reflections of China, the American Adventure, and IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth.
Typhoon Lagoon: i recommend everything here. however my favorites are Surf Lagoon, Keelhaul Falls, Mayday Falls, Storm Slides, and Crush %26#39;n Gusher.
Blizzard Beach: again i recommend everything but my favorites are: Cross Country Creek, Summit Plummit, Chair Lift, Runoff Rapids, Snow Stormers, and Teamboat Springs.
if you have the time i would also visit Disney%26#39;s Hollywood Studios, and Busch Gardens in Tampa.
wow and thanks for all your help.we hadn%26#39;t planned on visiting but could you tell us of the must do%26#39;s at hollywood studios?
also how do we go about getting fastpass?
i am getting exited now, just over a week til we fly,i really am looking forward to this break.this english weather is getting me down,we need some sunshine!
The fast pass ssytem is easy you just go to the front desk of the ride you want to go on and they allocate a time when you can go back. you need your entrance pass. Not all parks do this but its worth doing them in the popular rides.
The ';must dos'; at Hollywood Studios are Tower of Terror (voted best ride in recent magazine poll), Rock %26amp; Roller Coaster, Great Movie Ride, Star Tour (Star Wars ride), Indiana Jones Stunt show, the stunt motor car show, and most of all Fantasmic (nighttime spectacular show).
I%26#39;ll send you my thesis paper on Fast Pass via instant message.
I would recommend a guide book called Brits guide to Orlando (2008) by Simon Veness. It gives all the info required on the parks such as height restrictions etc.I buy it every year and thouroughly enjoy it.This will be our 8th visit and I would not go without it.
