sneak peek Passholder preview is taking place Saturday, May 10 through Monday, May 12. Other wise it says it open late May

you might be lucky, I can%26#39;t seem to find anywhere the official opening date, but if previews are on the 10th-12th, cant be long after then that it opens.

however the universal simpsons ride had their preview begining of april and they open May 15/16

Is this replacing a ride? If not, where in the park will it be?

I think its going to be next to ';Walt Disney: One Man%26#39;s Dream';. I don%26#39;t think its replaced anything, they have had Mickey Avenue closed since last summer for its construction.
