Miami beach ????

Hey guys and girls, quick question does any one know what is the best form of transport to get to Miami we are staying on international drive and will not be taking car hire as none of us can drive, we would love to go to a beach on one of out free days,

any advice appreciated :)

I haven%26#39;t been to Florida before but I believe Miami is pretty far away from Orlando so I%26#39;d say if you%26#39;re going to make a trip there you would probably have to stay over. There are beaches closer by though, maybe you should consider going to one of those to get the best of both worlds? That%26#39;s my plan for when I go in Jan : )

Tinkerbell, Miami Beach is a good 4 hr drive away %26amp; I believe what public transport there is wouldn%26#39;t get you there %26amp; back in a day.

Cocoa Beach is probably about your closest but don%26#39;t know how transport is to there. I like it though %26amp; love visiting Ron Jons Surf shop when we go. Although there is a Ron Jons in Festival Bay Mall.

As you%26#39;ve know car, going to one of the Disney Waterparks could be an alternative.

I dont mind what beach we go to, would love just to have one day relaxing on the beach am a beach lover :) but if its a bit to much we will have to leave it, if any one has any info on Cocoa beach please let me no thanks :)

I%26#39;ve never been to coco beacj but Clear water has a nice beach and there are companies that will take you out there for day trips and even 2 day trips.

I think there should be some sort of bus trip to Cocoa are you staying in a hotel? Sometimes trips like that are advertised on a board or there is a tour desk who can arrange stuff like that.

There are tour ops who will take you to the beach for a day, mosty atlantic beaches. Try Gator tours.

You can get to Miami with tehm too I think. but you will need a min 2 day stretch to get any benefit. Don%26#39;t bother for a day trip-Miami is at it%26#39;s best at night.

I looked into a day at the beach for our next trip. The tour companies will charge you $50/person to take you to Clearwater. For our family of 4 that%26#39;s $200 just for the ride. I determined it was best to rent for a day. It is cheaper and you are free to leave whenever you want. Also, we%26#39;ve decided to go to Cocoa because it is the closest. It is only an hour away. You can get the most out of your day by renting a car and going to Cocoa. It would be disappointing to pay a tour company and get there around noon, rain showers are more common in the afternoon.
