I called the hotel and YES, all the pool view rooms have a balcony.Good to know.

Which ';Swan'; hotel? There is the Swan in disney and there is the Imperial Swan elsewhere.

OMG someone discovered the ';search'; feature.FYI the ';Imperial Swan'; does not have any balconies.(TG for Google)
