Has anyone stayed there yet?

Am thinking about booking it for a few nights at the end of the month and was wondering if there was any feedback on the hotel yet!

The hotel is the old Roney Plaza, which is just outside the area of South Beach. My understanding is it is still in construction.

It is now open but with limited amenities. Guess no one has stayed there yet.

I am staying there next week and will report my findings. A friend, who lives in Miami, has been for drinks and said the hotel was beautiful (yet still under some construction).
