Water slides and lazy rivers?

Any resorts in south FL have nice water slides or lazy rivers? I know the Orlando area has many, but what about the MIA/FLL/PBI area?

Water slides and lazy rivers?

uhm.. not in Miami.

The Miami River is a working river.. many small cargo ships and fishing boats make it home. The Little River is pretty much ignored except by those who live on it. A portion near Biscayne Boulevard was recently cleaned up AND has live manatees. The best way to see it/them is from the dock at Kris Wessel%26#39;s new restaurant, Red Light (in the Motel Blu at 77th and Biscayne).

You can take a tourist boat up the new river in Fort Lauderdale -- it%26#39;s not a lazy winding river though.

Mp waterslides in south florida at all.

A ';lazy river'; is not a natural river. It%26#39;s a man-made loop, with a steady current. So you float, and the current gently brings you back to the start.

Or maybe some go from one pool to another, rather than a loop.
