Rags stays here each summer, maybe she%26#39;ll see this a help. This is the closest of the properties you have mentioned to the main street pier area. Good luck!

The Sunterra is a timeshare building, apparently. I found a website called vacationtimesharerentals.com that looks like it is a site where you can make connection with owners.
Hey mrsbeachlover! Yes, we have been staying there every year for the last 12 years, and we love it! However, we did purchase a unit there 12 years ago - it%26#39;s a floating interval ownership, which is basically a time-share, but we are not locked into a specific week. They do rent units there to non-owners, though - there are both one bedroom and two bedroom units, and they are extremely roomy and well-maintained. Call the main number at the Regency (386) 255-0251, and ask for Jenny-Lou in reservations - she will help you get what you need! Hope you get booked and have a wonderful time!!
I stayed here in February and booked my room through Expedia, so that%26#39;s another booking option you could try.
Good luck and have a great trip!
