Hi everyone, sorry not to have been on the forum for a while, but have been enjoying a lovley 8 night trip To Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands before my trip to WDW in September 2008.
A few weeks ago, I decided to write to Disney about a visit to MNSSHP in September 2007. My partner and I had visited on one of the 1st party nights, to find torrential rain the whole night long. We we really upset, as the parades etc had all been cancelled.
Low and behold, on my return from holiday yesterday I found a letter from WDW which I was so excited to open.
The letter states that all I have to do is take my old tickets (which I kept thank goodness) from last year to Guest Services at Magic Kingdom along with the letter I received and get 2 new MNSSHP tickets at any date during our stay.
I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!.
Once again, Disney has gone way above my expectations!!!!!!!.

That was a lovely surprise - a much nicer greeting than the usual brown letters that are there waiting on the doormat!
I recently read on Disboards about a couple people getting replaced tickets after complaining about last year%26#39;s event. Sometimes it really pays to complain. What happens if you%26#39;re not a person who visits Disney every year though?

I know what you mean, I think I would have gotten a different response had I written and asked for a straight refund.
As we are going back in September 2008, it is a welcome surprise!.
