We%26#39;ll be visiting in June 17,18, leaving on the 19th. We%26#39;ll be staying at Port Orleans Riverside and then going to the Ohana character breakfast at the Polynesian the next morning (Wednesdsy)at 7:30. Does anyone know how long these breakfasts last? That will be our only day at the Magic Kingdom and I%26#39;m hoping we won%26#39;t be too late getting there. We%26#39;re only going to do the park for 1 day. We%26#39;ll be leaving the next day (Thursday) around late morning/noon.
Also, how is this hotel? I didn%26#39;t make the reservations so I don%26#39;t know anything about it. We stayed at the POP Century last time.
Thanks.

You should be ok at Ohana due to the early seating time. I have had to wait 20-30 minutes past reservation time when I am scheduled later in the morning (9 and 9:30), but have never had to wait with a ressie before 8 am. It usually takes about 45 minutes for all the characters to get around to your table, they also do a childrens parade with maacas and characters about every 45 minutes.

POR is a great resort. Beautiful grounds, I was worried after reading some trip reports, but found out it is a great resort. We had no problems with housekeeping like others have said.
Great! Thanks for the input!
P.O.R. is a wonderful resort, with a nice main pool, several quiet pools, a great food court, lots of recreational activities, and the boat to DTD.
It%26#39;s large, over 2200 rooms, and you may get a building that is a longer walk to the main one, but none are more than 5 minutes away.
My personal preference is the Alligator Bayou section, simply due to it%26#39;s closeness to the main building and the more recently refurbed rooms. However, the mansions side isn%26#39;t bad.
I think you will love P.O.R. I%26#39;ve stayed there three times now and hope to stay there again.
